Melanchthon, a high school with more than 4000 students and around 450 staff, has selected O3Spaces for their document infrastructure.

With O3Spaces Workplace collaborative ECM as document platform, Melanchthon places itself in a position to quickly roll out uniform document services to the decentralized staff situated in multiple locations.
Information archiving and discovery for unstructured information will be the first process to be facilitated by O3Spaces and will be followed by the digitization the schools extensive paper archives and the standardization and automation of document creation within the organization.
