O3Spaces introduces Collaborative ECM Solutions

O3Spaces has launched a new line of Collaborative ECM solutions, based on its heralded Workplace platform. This new breed of user friendly document solutions unites document management, collaboration and processes in fast and focused functionality. O3Spaces Collaborative ECM is available from the cloud, or in on-premises deployments.

O3Spaces now provides generic document solutions, such as scan-route-store document handling and contract management alongside intricate workflows, as fast modular solutions on top of the Workplace document repository. “Any organization can relate to generic processes such as routing incoming mail/documents, authorization flows, purchasing processes, document generation/conversion and preserving and archiving relevant emails.“ says O3Spaces CEO Rob Mentink. “However, often even these generic processes and document services are hardly supported, either as a result of a lack of IT, or their positioning outside of core business processes.” O3Spaces Workplace now offers solutions that can effectively address such areas company wide, or focusing on departmental or project related environments.

O3Spaces Workplace has matured as a cloud solution. “Our open standards based API's allow for Workplace to be embedded in the cloud architecture. Management tasks can be centralized and Workplace can operate seamlessly as part of composite content applications (CCA's) or solution stacks with e.g. Groupware and CRM applications.” comments Mentink.

The ECM innovations that Workplace 4.0 sports in terms of ease of use, fast deployment and business process management have translated in yet another blue chip company signing up with O3Spaces.

O3Spaces Workplace, is available in three commercial editions. The Workgroup Edition is an out-of-the-box collaborative document management solution for departments, workgroups and SMB's. The Enterprise Edition is the full-featured ECM solution for customers looking to refine their document management environment and streamline their document-centric business processes. Both editions are available as traditional 'on-premises' installations. The O3Spaces Cloud Edition offers the complete Workplace feature spectrum from the cloud.
