Correspondence from local government is often difficult to understand for citizens. Official language and complex regulations make it hard and time consuming to write a clear letter. To address this challenge, Sdu Information Solutions and O3Spaces introduce ‘VIND municipal letters’. With this new service municipalities get access to a slick solution to improve the communication with their citizens and organizations.

“With VIND municipal letters we give municipalities a unique solutions that helps them to improve their communication with citizens and organizations in an easy way. We are delighted that we can offer this concept in close collaboration with O3Spaces”, says Jos van Leeuwen, managing director of Sdu Information Solutions.

About VIND municipal letters

VIND municipal letters exists of 200 commonly used municipal letters, that municipalities can edit, complete and send themselves. A professional editorial staff writes the letters according to national requirements for government communication, e.g. an active writing style at B1 language level.

The editorial staff ensures that all letters remain applicable and satisfy the juridical requirements of the municipality.

VIND municipal letters are delivered in an online environment in Word, XML and other formats. As a result, letters can be used directly from our solution. Letters can also be read into available mid-office applications or template solutions and send from these applications. Because all VIND municipal letters are linked to a Model-DSP encoding, letters can be linked directly to case processes in workflow applications.
