Subscriptions & Licensing
The O3Spaces Workgroup and Enterprise editions are available through a subscription or traditional purchase licensing. The O3Spaces Cloud (SaaS) Edition is available through a monthly subscription.
Subscriptions
Workgroup- & Enterprise Edition Subscription model
- O3Spaces Subscriptions provide licensing, maintenance, updates, upgrades, and support for the O3Spaces Workplace Software
- Standard Workplace Subscriptions have a one year term
- Standard Workplace Subscriptions include our Standard Support Services plan
- O3Spaces Workplace Subscriptions are available per (named) user in 5-user bundles, and as site- or socket-subscriptions.
Cloud Edition Subscription model
- O3Spaces Cloud Subscriptions provide licensing, maintenance, updates, upgrades, and support for the hosted O3Spaces Workplace Software
- Cloud Subscriptions have a monthly term
- Cloud Subscriptions include our Standard Support Services plan
- Cloud Subscriptions are available per (named) user in 5-user bundles.
- The cloud service is hosted on O3Spaces’ private cloud, or Amazon Elastic Cloud 2 and is currently available on both the European and US cloud instances
- The O3Spaces Cloud services are available as ‘shared instance’ and ‘dedicated instance’ subscriptions. The shared and dedicated instances offer different possibilities in terms of SLA’s, size, extensions, migration, etc.

Purchase model
- Indefinite right to use for the software version as purchased
- O3Spaces Workplace is licensed per (named) user in 5-user bundles, and as site- or socket-licenses
- Support & maintenance plans sold separately
- Upgrades sold separately
